Over the past fifteen years, Diva Opera has built a remarkable artistic and musical reputation and is at the forefront of chamber opera in Europe, giving over sixty performances a year in Great Britain and Internationally.

Our vision for the future is to reach new standards of excellence in production and design and at the same time to place more emphasis on developing and nurturing outstanding operatic talent. We aim to offer brilliant young singers unique performing experience, vocal and language coaching and the advancement of stage-technique.

We believe passionately in the importance of chamber opera as an art form and are committed to ensuring that it flourishes to the highest possible standard. In order to do this the continued support of our Friends is vital.

In 2008 we restructured our Friendship scheme with the internationally renowned

Mezzo Soprano Marilyn Horne as our patron and are offering our friends new levels of sponsorship. In return they will receive new benefits and the opportunity to become more personally involved with Diva Opera.

These include:

• Invitations to our dress rehearsals
• A regular Diva Opera newsletter
• Invitations to special events including recitals by young singers, masterclasses and
  pre-dress rehearsal talks
• The opportunity to meet our production team
• The opportunity to meet our singers
